A counter, 00 01 02 03 …, graded on the same number of bits. It is
as predictable as a stream gets, and it still balances its ones and
zeros and gets its streak lengths right, so monobit and runs pass
it. Only chi², counting too flat as a tell, and serial correlation
catch it. This is why four tests run and not one.
